Essence Etc. is our Chicago studio's annex. Opened in December 2007 and used for pilates mat, meridian stretch, and Sheanetics classes, the space will soon accommodate yoga and additional pilates mat classes.

The bright, open space features a full kitchen and bath, wood floors and is available for special events and parties.  From a pilates or yoga class followed by drinks and snacks, to children's ballet birthday parties, to bridal or baby showers... we're happy to help you host the perfect party!
